Inflatable Sheep

Entries have been few as I have been muy occupado with my latest experiment: Camping in the backyard. I had never done it as a kid, but weeks of nursing my tootsie in the backyard made me yearn for camping out.

I watered the yard like crazy the past few weeks to make it soft and cushy on bare feet. I also borrowed a tent, an air mattress, a lantern, and a sleeping bag from Sherah.

To keep cool, I bought a wading pool, a beach ball, and a blow-up lounge complete with a cup holder. The solar-powered accent lights for the edge of the patio arrived the day before camping began and added a nice glow after the sun went down.

Here's a picture of the final results. The fun continued through Saturday as we moved the D&D party out under a tree since we were camping and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers.

I declare this experiment a success and look forward to more.
