Interesting to take the MIT weblog survey. [Thanks, Meg] Had my website's stats and buddy list handy for the five minute survey. It seems that I call family to talk about family matters, and email and IM everyone else about everything else. I've tried to get my daughter and my mom to use IM, but they are resistant to this type of communication. The kind folks at work put together a gift basket for me. And you can tell that it was tailored just for me: ITunes gift card, Barnes and Noble gift card, Star Trek shot glass from the Hilton in Las Vegas, cookies, Goldfish, Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, Jelly Bellies, Real Simple magazine, a could of crossword puzzle books, People's 50 Hottest Bachelors issue, and a ton of bite-sized candy lining the basket. Awwww, what sweetie-pies.
