Dear Diary,
On May 4 I had a baby girl,
Sherah Michal. It was an
extremely painful experience
and I hope never to repeat this
whole pregnancy experience
again. The end.
Sherah and I are getting to
know each other and I make a
better mother than I thought I
would.
This is reality. When I wanted
to get pregnant last summer,
I had in mind a little girl about
three years old--already
walking, talking, poddy trained.
Ha, ha...joke was on me. Colic,
dirty diapers, and bottles are
the reality.
But I'm adjusting better and
can enjoy Sherah more than at
first. I can't come and go like I
used to, it upsets us both too
much--her for moving around
too much and me for having to
get everything organized (an
hour in advance before taking
a step out the door). But I
think I can handle her pretty good
and hopefully she'll turn out
to be a nice unspoiled kid.
